Set up separate x-pens for them, so that they are next to each other but not together. While you are not there, keep them separated, in their pens. Allow them to play together, for a little time, and then when the boy gets too rough, put him in his pen. After half an hour let him try again. The moment he gets too rough, put him away again.
8 week old puppies play and fight, and it can sound pretty nasty.
It is also not something we encourage to raise two together. It can create issues. And most people will encourage you to separate or rehome one of them.
