I'd personally do management and keep her away from anything she isn't allowed to have. Baby gate at the kitchen and nothing but toys available to her at her level.
I like crate time outs. If you see her looking for something go and get her and give her a time out (30 seconds). If she has something she shouldn't just go trade her for it...my dogs actually bring me things to trade now. LOL
No treats, just praise and pets. I do manage her to keep her away from everything she is not allowed to have. No crates, but she has a section, just behind the living room, baby gated from the living room, where she and her mother can be during the day, and they have a doggy door there to their outside kennel. I only let them in when I am right there, able to pay attention pretty well.
