I was just home training her, she knows all german commands. If I'm home alone she does very well with sit, lay down, stay, find and basics. But when others come over, such as my mom, she acts like she has never heard a command in her life.
I'm looking into trainings, I believe my local petsmart/petco offers them. I just havednt enrolled her yet and I wasn't sure if others have had this issue.

She doesn't know her commands because she never learned them with distractions. If she knew her commands, she'd listen to them no matter where you were or who was around. Sit is easy when it's in your kitchen and there's nothing else there that has her attention. A training class will let you practice this stuff in a controlled environment with an instructor to watch over you.
I really wouldn't do a petsmart or petco training class. Get in something with a real trainer. Where are you located? Are there any dog training facilities near you? Those would be much better options because it sounds like your girl really needs a good training class.
Right now, this is your best option. This isn't high energy issue... it's a your dog just isn't trained issue.
