I understand your frustration. I am finding life without the internet much more enjoyable, like it was before the internet.
I finally sat down and did some soul searching, and wondered, "why" I am on the internet. What was I getting from it? When I was married to my ex husband. I was on ALL the time. It was unhealthy, but I was getting from the internet what I wanted from my marriage. When I finally put everything together, did that soul searching, I realized what the issues were, fixed them, and found that I don't need the internet.
Oh I still get on. But now, I take it for what it is. Something that isn't all that special, and something that is NOT a need. Maybe somewhat for informational purposes, but as far as forums, no.
I think some people spend way to much time on here, hiding behind a computer, because they are to scared to get out there and live. (I don't mean on *here* just in general internet world)
We are defined not only by what we create, but by what we refuse to destroy.
