Hey everybody, Zoey displayed some behavior last night before bed that I wanted to describe to you. Keep in mind, Zoey is a rescue and a 3 1/2 year old Mali.
We are laying in bed like we do every night, when a huge moth lands dead center of my TV...... pseudoswearing #2 no! I get up, grab a shirt and start attempting to smack it with it. After about 15 failed attempts (this thing was bobbing and weaving) I get it and smack it again for the final kill. I turn around and Zoey is shaking scared ****-less of what I was just doing. I get down to give her a smooch and she grabs my arms with her two paws, stuck her head on my shoulder and would not let me go. Took about an hour to calm her down but MORE PSEUDO SWEARING???
I have never seen this from her the past year and a half, I knew she didn't like pillows but was unaware of this. Any ideas how to desensitize this? I'm going to leave it alone for now but just thought I would reach out and get some other ideas.

Reason: read board rules on pseudo swearing
