. I used to call ours in randomly, treat him and send him back. Numerous times each time he was let out to play.
I think for a while you might need to go outdoors with him and play with him as well as treat him. Call him to you, treat him and release him to go play. And slowly move towards the house till you are calling from the house and treating and releasing to go play. When you finally do want him to come indoors, maybe you can play a game for a few minutes(ball, tug or hide and call him to find you, or throw kibble on the floor and tell him to find it) He just wants to have fun and is bored inside. This really helped me get a good recall with ours back then.
