I wouldn't put the crates side by side. Can you put one on either side of your bed? They need to be their own individual. You don't want them doing everything together.
Definitely do separate training. You can play with them together, feed them together, walk them together but you also need to play with them one on one and walk them one on one.

. I put them in their own cages (side by side) at bed time around 11:00 or 12:00 and man and pups sleep through the night until 7:00 o'clock in the morning without any whining or accident in the cage.
LaRen616 your advice is what I've been feeling all along. Both pups came from different Breeder but they bonded quickly with each other and I was worry if they're just team up on me later down the road lol.
