Up until recently Ranger's main interaction with our 11 yo Aussie, Buzz, centered around driving Buzz crazy. Okay, well he did lay down next to him and sleep now and then but in general he just wanted to play. In the past couple of days he has started licking Buzz's face all over for a long period of time. This morning he was licking Buzz's eye. He has also been "chewing" on Buzz's toes. Buzz doesn't seem to mind it, but I am wondering what Ranger might be doing. Is he trying to tell me that Buzz doesn't feel well? Buzz does seem more lethargic lately.

This morning after "grooming" Buzz, Ranger sat up looked at me and started crying. I suppose it is totally unrelated, but he had just been fed and gone out on a walk and done all his business.
