so for the proof of spay/neuter would a copy of the medical record the humane society gave me stating he had his neuter suffice? They neutered him the day before I adopted him so I don't have like a receipt for it and it was included in the adoption fee.

very helpful. I was afraid they'd want him stacked which he refuses to do.
