So far I am super lucky. The worst thing Ranger did was chew a little bit on the leg of our brand new leather couch. No big deal. When we get around to it we can just re-stain it. That is the only damage I can think of. Hasn't even chewed any shoes - even my daughters brand new Uggs that she carelessly leaves around the house. Wow, just realized how lucky I am.
I do have a great story about my MIL's yorkie. He was the smartest dog I have ever met - in an evil way. I was watching him for her while she was out of town and he was totally being a bad boy. I kenneled him. After a long while I took him out of the kennel. He raced right up stairs, grabbed my $400 mouth guard off my night stand, chewed it up, brought it back downstairs and spit it out at my feet.
