What motivates her? What does she find to be the best thing in the world? You're probably going to have to lure her out with some very high value rewards. And be patient if she doesn't go right away. Don't just force her to go outside.
And in the future... maybe run the sprinklers at night when she's sleeping and can't actually see them.
