I don't know of a specific breeder in your area, but I do know that from looking at breeders' website, they usually have a section on older pups or adults, sometimes it just says to email them for availability. That is where I would start and I would want to know the parents' OFA hips/elbows ratings and the parentage had been cleared for DM. Also I would look on petfinder for a rescue dog - the dog may be older but you would know if the temperament is suitable to your family.
