I suspected that you were not in the U.S. For some reason it seems common that vets in some other countries don't give pet owners any information.
You might want to edit your profile to show your location as Morocco.
Remember that you are your puppy's best advocate, so if you go to the vet do not leave the office if you don't understand what is being done and why. What does he suspect might be the problem? What has he ruled out? What medications is he giving and why? What might be causing the white saliva? If he seems injured, what kind of injury might it be? Could he have injured his paw? These are the kinds of questions you can ask.
