I am doing something wrong, here.

Loose leash training:

* got a good heel going. Leash is loose.
* she pulls, I say AH AH
* she slows, I treat, and off we go.

LATELY:

* good heel
* she pulls, I say AH AH
* she slows, I treat....and off she goes to end of leash
* in the middle of correction, she returns to my side.....

At first, I treated. Then I alternated between voice approval and treats. Now I believe she acts up just for the joy of treats and approval. Or am I imagining thigs?
