I use the air dried food as training treats since it's less expensive than buying the actual treats. I haven't tried the freeze dried. The pieces are a good size, and my dogs (and cats) LOVE it.

They also have a dog food and a treat line that are not that different, so I use the food. It's packaged in larger bags, and is also less expensive. The pieces are very flat, and there are a lot in the bag.
