Why haven't you trained him??. It's so easy to train a dog the basics. Also if your dog has allergies (losing hair, scratching) try him on a raw diet, my pup has being doing amazing on it. Dogs nearly always have that "wet dog" smell, my pup smells that way after a walk in damp weather.
