Sometimes it comes up in conversation. :/

I buy my own groceries. $100 per month was inaccurate- it's $100 per pay check. (Every two weeks). I was just irritated and typed that up quick.

It came up today because we were at Petco dropping off cats for the adoption event and I had a $10 gift card to spend, so I used it toward the cat's food.
My mom and another foster asked how much it was and they were like, "OMG, that's RIDICULOUS!!!"
