I tried making my own dehydrated sweet potato chews last night, and they turned out GREAT. I usually spend close to $30 on a bag of these suckers from the pet store, but guess how much it cost to make my own? $4! I was seriously shocked and really happy they turned out so well.

I used my oven, it was as easy as cutting the sweet potatos and putting them in the oven for half the day.

I wrote a how to guide for my blog, and I wanted to share it with you all. I get really excited when I can make stuff for Hunter that is both drastically inexpensive and easy compared to buying the stuff from the store.

So... Go read if you want to try! I'd just post it here but I have pictures and whatnot of the steps, so just visiting the link will be easier.
