I know this is a dog site, and I should feel all sad about losing this wolf. She was pretty. She was also six years old. 98 in 10 packs in that area alone. That's a lot of wolves. The reason they roam outside of the park is because they need to find game. They will kill each other, and starve if there are too many, or they will go after wildlife.

It is sad, but I really don't have a problem with it. Unless people are making her tame, there is really nothing wrong with the scenario. I would rather have some wolves shot and killed, then a lot of wolves starving and raiding livestock.
