That makes a lot of sense. I appreciate it. I've just been so used to being slammed for what I feed. I have to be honest, my other two adult dogs are on Purina Dog Chow Active Senior 7+, but honestly? They have been doing GREAT on it! They eat with gusto, their coats are shiny, no allergy problems, they don't act their age at all, and knock on wood, no health issues. So, I guess it really is what works best for your dog.
