i would put an ad in the local
paper and the city paper. tell the local
police you have the dog and AC.
i would also contact a few area Vets to let them
know i found the dog. place some lost and found
notices a the Vets office. post some signs throughout
the neighboorhood. contact the local shelters.

what are going to do if you come
in contact with the rightfull owners?
