I rescued Rocco off the streets. After a consider amount of effort to locate his family by posts and door to door, I am sad for Rocco and his family, but very happy as he brings tremendous joy to me.

Does anyone know how to establish ownership/responsibilty? I'm not sure why I feel this is necessary, but I feel that I should.
