OMG, what a gruesome crime! I hope he never gets paroled and serves the entire 9-year sentence!
This story reminded me of Buddy the GSD mix who was dragged behind a pickup truck until he died. This happened in Colorado. It was another horrific crime. I did a web search to see if there were any updates. Looks like the driver of the pickup truck only got 3-years.
