Mac a 5year old GSD starved to the point of having to eat a puppy. This was in our news 2 weeks ago. He had no food, no doghouse, all he had was a big heavy chain. The vet at the shelter thinks he is a sweetie and really has a soft spot for him. IN fact, he does well around other dogs and even cats from what they have seen, probably since he is NOT STARVING!!!!
