At least at this point I doubt that he's going to be put down which is good news after all he's been through.

While I'm sorry he can't be placed in a home situation, I'm happy to hear that they're working on placing him in a rescue/sanctuary. That poor boy has gone thru so much he deserves all the breaks he can get!!!
