Go to your site and RIGHT click on your photo.
You should have a window open up like I showed in my massive description up top
and in the middle will be a URL: that should end with a .jpg or .gif . Just select the entire link and that's what you want. You have a couple of options now on how to put it in here.
It's like all things on a computer, there's more than one way to do exactly the same thing, just figuring out the one that works best for you is the trick!
