Sounds like you’re doing pretty good. Just keep it up and don’t get discouraged. He’s still just a little baby and like someone already said. He’s still developing.
I wouldn’t limit water either. I’ve always thought it best to keep fresh water available.
I have a picture somewhere of my Dalton falling asleep on his water dish when he was 8-9 weeks old. He loved that water dish. And he was the fastest dog I’ve ever gone through potty training with. Just a matter of days is all it took him. Then it was up to me to pay attention to my puppy.
