Look, I just got done taking J on a very short walk, I have a 4' lead with a sidewalk handle. J is super reactive. So I just avoid dogs... If I have to go to the vet, he's to be muzzled and restrained as he's also human aggressive (I got a winner, eh?).

So, I have a HA/DA-85lbs-of-muscle-dog. I'm 5'3 and I work him alone. I don't have a trainer. If I of all people can do it with J, you can with Ryder, at least until you find him a home.

Is he high-drive? Toy hound? Treats? Prey drive? It sounds to me like he needs a working home, or at least a home that will keep his mind busy and him safe from himself.
