Another idea is to set a trap on the counter. I take a couple empty soda cans, string some line through the tabs and then line them up along the edge of the counter. Dogs jumps up, hits the line, cans go flying.
The #1 thing you can do is to NEVER leave anything she can eat on the counters. Just ONE time of jumping up and finding something can fix it in her head to try and try and try - no matter the consequences.

The filled can is a great idea and works well with many dogs. Some will just stop reacting to it in fairly short order however. Do you keep a leash on her in the house? When undesired behavior crops up sometimes this can be helpful. If you can time it right, bait her with something yummy on the counter, while holding your foot on the leash, as soon as she jumps she'll get an instant correction, combined with a stern NO command. If you do this a few times, she'll likely get the idea. Make sure you don't look at her when she gets the correction, it will seem somewhat mysterious to them what just happened.
Treats, as you've seen can have the opposite effect and crating is a good short term solution but ultimately you want to train her to stay off the counters on her own.
