Here's my $.02.

Get a can, throw in a couple pennies and tape the top shut. Hide somewhere in the kitchen where she can't see you but you can see her. LET her start to jump on the counter then toss the can at her FEET.

Another idea is to set a trap on the counter. I take a couple empty soda cans, string some line through the tabs and then line them up along the edge of the counter. Dogs jumps up, hits the line, cans go flying.

The #1 thing you can do is to NEVER leave anything she can eat on the counters. Just ONE time of jumping up and finding something can fix it in her head to try and try and try - no matter the consequences.
