That's a good idea with adding yourself as a Watched User.
If you don't have the google toolbar, you can also just do a search in google using "inurl" in your search like this:
Fransheska inurl:germanshepherds.com
Make sure you click "repeat the search with the omitted results included" after the results are displayed so it shows everything.
